Sokratis took his first steps in math by listening to his father explain homework to his older sister. Since then, his father has been a mentor, also sparking his interest in informatics. This path led him to study math at university, drawn to the contrast between the simplicity of understanding concepts and the complexity of applying them. While he prefers pure math, Sokratis plans to work in an applied field, potentially AI,  at least to start.
